Job status

So, at the moment I have 2 companies that I would like to work for. Both have my resumes on the recommendation of either a current or previous employee and both have said it looks really good and are looking forward to hearing from me. I just got done with a phone interview with one of them and it went very well. The wonderfully nice woman I spoke with scheduled me for a second interview and seemed optimistic that I would get invited to the third and final interview. How did I get so lucky? :]

Tis the season

To not post on your blog apparently. I was hoping for a bit of distraction and decided to catch up on Ente's blog only to find that she hasn't updated in almost two weeks! Although, I can't really complain since my last post was about twice that long ago. I'm posting (despite being busy) because most of the people who read this blog are women and I am wondering if there is a general category of gift that women like to get. I.e. I need help shopping for someone who is hard to shop for. :] Any thoughts?
