Job status
So, at the moment I have 2 companies that I would like to work for. Both have my resumes on the recommendation of either a current or previous employee and both have said it looks really good and are looking forward to hearing from me. I just got done with a phone interview with one of them and it went very well. The wonderfully nice woman I spoke with scheduled me for a second interview and seemed optimistic that I would get invited to the third and final interview. How did I get so lucky? :]

it's not luck on your part. it's being smart and working your ass off to learn what you need to know.
i'm not remotely surprised that multiple companies want to hire you. they'll be damned lucky to have you.
