Work is constant

Mr. Storm System was kind enough to drop off a few inches of snow here last night. This is the first time this winter since the ground has been white all day (although the roads are totally clear because it hasn't been cold enough recently). I may or may not be interviewing with IBM because I'm not sure I will have enough time to make it through the whole process before I have to respond to my other job offer. That doesn't really bother me though because I am fairly certain that I don't want to work for IBM (for reasons I won't go into here). I'm going to see what happens this week and I'll likely have a decision made by next weekend.

School is boring (obviously), life is ok (could be better but could be a lot worse), and work is constant. I have started doing a full cleaning of my apt and I am packing up things in the process. Anything that I will not likely need this semester is going in to a box. The last time I had to pack stuff and move, I waited until the last minute and damn near had a nervous breakdown. I'm doing my best to avoid that this time. I part of a swing dance troupe that is performing tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Swing dance troupe, eh? That's fantastic. Too bad I can't see you perform - someday.

I agree with the whole packing as you go along idea. Sometimes it backfires, if you get overzealous and need some of the things later, but usually it works out well (and makes the last minute a bit less stressful).
